Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order from Bears Love Cake! We take great care in crafting and dispatching your items. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

At this time we only ship to UK customers, we are looking to expand this to more countries in the future, so please do check back later, or get in touch if you'd like to be notified.

1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

Our products are often made especially for you. The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.

  • Made-to-Order Items: The majority of our products are made to order. The estimated manufacturing time for each item is clearly stated in its individual product description. Please check the description of the item you are purchasing for this information.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Any items that are pre-made and ready to ship will be explicitly marked as "Ready to Ship" in their product description.

"Business days" are Monday-Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

2. Dispatch Time

Once your order is complete and has been carefully packaged, it will be dispatched.

  • Our standard dispatch time for all completed orders is 1-2 business days.

3. Delivery Time & Services

The delivery time is the period from when your order is dispatched to when it arrives at your address. This time depends entirely on the shipping service you select at checkout.

  • During the checkout process, you will be presented with one or more shipping options from our trusted couriers (e.g., Royal Mail).
  • The total time to receive your order will be Manufacturing Time + Dispatch Time + Delivery Time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed but we do offer combined shipping and discounts for larger orders.

Further Information

  • Order Tracking: If the shipping method you select includes tracking, the tracking number will be provided.
  • Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
